911 A.W.A.R.E (Always Watching, Always Ready Education) training was developed to help First Responders learn about behavioral health - how trauma can impact them, and how they can manage stress and build resilience. This 1-day workshop was designed to offer insight into many of the behavioral health issues first responders and frontline workers encounter throughout their career and provide effective coping tools they can use to help them decompress.
Who is this class for?
Any first responder/frontline worker from FRTS's member agencies who wishes to understand the behavioral health issues associated with their career, how trauma impacts them and their relationships, and how to mitigate the stressful effects of it. (This training is NOT for current Peer Support Team members.)
How much will the class cost?
The training is FREE for FRTS member agencies. For non-member agencies, please contact our office for workshop pricing.
This is training for anyone in a Supervisor Role - to help them recognize the signs and symptoms of stress and potential suicide. Helpful hands-on tools, without the psychobabble.
This class is 3 hours long.
There is no cost for our Agencies that are engaged in an active contract with us. However, anyone can attend, and for those whose agency is not in an active contract with us, there is a small $99 fee.
Please contact us at (970) 222-4193 or by email: training@911overwatch.org if you have any questions or requests for additional information.
